We collect sufficient personal information to properly transact the sale of food and alcohol items over the internet. This includes name, address, contact details and whether or not the purchaser is over eighteen years of age. We do not collect additional information.


This information is entered by the purchaser at the time of the transaction. We do not collect personal information on the purchaser by other means. Purchasers have the option to contact us by email at orders@africashop.com.au or by telephone on 0413175095 In the event that the phone is unmanned, an answering service is provided.


From time to time we may send promotional emails to customers who have made 
purchases from our site.

Liquor Licence

All deliveries to premises must be attended at time of delivery and the recipient of the liquor delivered must be 18 years of age or over

DELIVERIES

It is always our delight to serve you. We aim to deliver your ordered items to your door with maximum speed, minimum hassle and lowest possible delivery charges to you. Delivery charges are influenced by the prices imposed by our contracted courier company and Australia Post.

We aim to make deliveries to anywhere in Australia.

Please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know, if you have a bright idea on how to cut down our delivery charges less than what is shown above - to the benefit of our teeming customers!
We aim to deliver all goods ordered for within 48 - 96 hours of receipt of order notice (working days). You can put in orders any time even at weekends too.

All orders are subject to availability.

If we do not have an item ordered in stock as at the time of receipt of your order, we shall promptly email you to inform you and let you know when the item may be available and delivered.

Is there a weight restriction?


Yes, there is a consignment restriction depending on where you live. This is generally between 20kg and 25kg per box.

Approximate delivery times, from date of shipment:

• South Australia (Adelaide metro and surrounding): Next business days
• Australia (major centres): 1-3 business days

PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payment options are:

• Credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted)
• Bank Deposit
• Cheque
• Money order

We do not charge your credit card until availability of stock has been confirmed.

Orders are sent when payment has been received

CANCELLATION

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel an order should you think you do not require the item any longer.

This must be done at the earliest possible time after the order was placed, and you must inform us quickly by email and by phone.

Orders dispatched already can be returned, but we would obviously not be responsible for the cost of delivery to you or return charges. Such items must be returned in good condition, and must reach us within 48 hours of you receiving them..
